Larry Crane and I were both close to Lester Levenson and studied with him for many years. Lester is the inspiration behind the Sedona Method and the Release Technique both of which teach people how to let go.
Lester asked both Hale and Larry to share these wonderful letting go methods with the world which is what we have both been doing for many years.
Larry and I have different styles and approaches of teaching students how to let go. Both are excellent, and produce major results. I lovingly suggust that you follow your own heart as to which is best for you.

We’re all so busy doing that we don’t recognize, honor or even feel the beauty of our innate Beingness. As you let go and discover the truth of who you are, you will discover that there is a sense of effortlessness and spontaneous action that is available to you now. You will also discover that you do not need to do anything in order to be.
